Such a gorgeous walk - highly highly recommend! You’re walking high in the gorge with gorgeous views of the river and the surroundings. You also walk through a little tunnel. There’s also a forest you walk through, so listen out for all the birds and wildlife. Enjoy it!

This trail builds along the cliff upon the road, journey takes about an hour to two, pass thru several tunnel, and you may switch on your phone's torch light. Overall It is an easy trail.

Fantastic walk, takes approximately 30-40 minutes one way with stops for photos etc. I got off the bus at Lushui and got back on at Heliu Campground. There is a short tunnel but a torch isn’t really necessary. Highly recommend adding this walk (and extending it to Yuefei Pavilion & Cimu Bridge, for an extra 30mins) to your Taroko Gorge trip.

The time we were there, it was only my friend and I. It was fun wandering around and got into and out of a small cave-like spot. The view was beautiful - trees and rocks by the side! Enjoyed this trail!

The trail is currently only partially open. From the 綠水 Lu Shui bus stop, you can only walk a good 5 minutes before you reach the section currently closed. At the start of the trail, one could turn left and hike the Lu Shui - Wenshan trail which takes considerably longer with its 5.5km length. Currently certainly not worth stopping here, which is a pity - the short part accesible is actually quite fun!
